These Terms apply to the Folio app (com.mrinmoy.pdfutilitypro) for iPhone and iPad.
By downloading or using Folio, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Mrinmoy Bhadra ("Developer", "we", "us") governing your use of the Folio iOS application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms in full.
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Folio offers a one-time purchase ("Folio Pro") that unlocks unlimited access to all features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The following terms apply:
Without Folio Pro, the free version of the App allows a limited number of operations per day per feature. These limits may be adjusted by the Developer at any time without prior notice.
You retain all rights to the PDF documents you process using the App. The Developer does not claim any ownership of your files. All document processing is performed locally on your device — your files are never transmitted to or stored on the Developer's servers.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use, process, and modify any documents you work with in the App.
Folio Pro includes an optional iCloud library sync feature. When enabled, your documents are stored in your personal iCloud Drive container. This data is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy, not solely by these Terms. The Developer does not have access to your iCloud data.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App, its name "Folio", its icons, design, and underlying code are the exclusive property of Mrinmoy Bhadra and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
Important: Always keep backups of important PDF documents before processing them. The Developer is not responsible for any data loss arising from App use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Developer's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Folio Pro (if any).
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time. The Developer may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
As the App is distributed via the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA) also applies. In any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail with respect to Apple's obligations.
