Short version: Folio processes all PDF documents on your device. Your files are never uploaded to any server. We collect only anonymous usage and crash data (via Firebase) and purchase information (via RevenueCat) to keep the app working well. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Purchase Information

When you purchase Folio Pro, we use RevenueCat to manage your subscription entitlement. RevenueCat receives:

1.2 Crash and Error Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive automatic crash reports if the app crashes. These reports include:

1.3 Anonymous Usage Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used. Analytics collection is restricted to manual events only (automatic Firebase data collection is disabled). We track events such as:

6. Data Retention

Crash and analytics data is retained by Firebase according to Google's standard retention policies (typically 90 days for raw events; aggregated analytics longer). RevenueCat retains purchase records to validate entitlements. We cannot access crash or analytics data tied back to an individual, as no personal identifiers are ever attached.

All local app data (documents, preferences, library) is stored on your device and deleted when you delete the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Folio is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us at mrinmoy.sd@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Folio after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
