These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Looprise iOS application ("App") operated by Tanmoy Bhadra ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
Looprise is a personal habit-tracking and coaching tool intended for individuals aged 13 and older. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Social features (friend connections, challenges) are optional. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity associated with your account. You may block or report other users from within the App. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Looprise Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription and, where offered, as a one-time lifetime purchase. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
Weekly coaching reports are generated by a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude) based on your habit data. This content is informational and motivational in nature. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Do not rely on AI coaching reports for health-related decisions.
The App, its design, code, brand, and content are owned by Tanmoy Bhadra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to cloud features at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; local data remains on your device until you delete the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
